Park Rules for Ripley Caravan Park

TO MAKE YOUR STAY ENJOYABLE PLEASE OBSERVE THE PARK RULES.

Ball Games must not be played near caravans, please use the area provided.

Bank Holiday bookings are subject to a minimum stay.

Barbecues are allowed, but must be raised off the ground and should not damage the grass.

Behaviour
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave without refund.

Bicycles are allowed on the Park. Please keep to the roads at all times. NO bicycles before 08.30 or after 21:00 or dusk. Please DO NOT ride them to cause annoyance to other people. Please NO skateboards, hover boards or electric scooters.

Check-in & Check-out
Times will be confirmed on your booking confirmation. Please adhere to them to allow for cleaning and site management.

Children
Must be supervised at all times, especially in play areas.

Commercial Vehicles are NOT allowed on the Park.

Dogs – please make sure dogs are kept on a lead and waste is disposed of responsibly. Dogs, depending on breed are welcome on short leads (Max 2 unless prior arrangement).

Fire pits and open fires are NOT permitted.

Gas sales will be possible in office hours which are 08:30 – 18:00.

Gazebos
Unfortunately we do not accept any type of gazebo or tent on the Park.

Noise must be kept to a minimum especially between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00

Pitch Spacing – please leave a minimum 3m (10ft) between units.
Ensure caravan and awning are both on the gravel where possible.

Play Areas are open from 09.00 to 21.00 or dusk.

Recycling & rubbish
Please use the central refuse area situated near the playground. Ensure your pitch is left clean and tidy on your departure.

Please help us support the David Bellamy Award Scheme for the protection of the environment.

Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while ensuring the park can operate effectively.

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking and a balance is due 7 days before your arrival. This is non-refundable in all cases.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, we may be able to move your booking to another date, subject to availability and at our discretion.

  • No – shows: If you do not arrive on the booked date and have not contacted us, your booking will be cancelled, and any payments made will not be refunded.

  • Early Departures: No refunds are given for early departure once you have checked in.

Safety Notice
While we take every care to ensure our facilities are safe, use of the park, playgrounds, and other amenities is at your own risk.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • Please follow any posted safety signs and instructions from staff.

  • We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property during your stay.

Shop Opening Times 08:30 – 18:00

Swimming Pool – booking slots open every morning from 08:30am at Reception. Under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Tents
Unfortunately we don’t have any tent pitches available.

The Owner of a caravan is responsible for the conduct of all guests whilst at the Park. All land beyond the Park is privately owned and customers are requested not to trespass.

Traffic: 5mph, this keeps children safe and noise to a minimum.
